On the first day, explore the stunning Sacred Valley of the Incas, visiting the Llama Farm, Pisaq Market, Pisaq Ruins, and the impressive Ollantaytambo Fortress. In the afternoon, enjoy a scenic train ride to Aguas Calientes, taking in breathtaking views of Inca agricultural terraces still in use and the majestic snow-capped peaks of the Andes.
On the second day, discover the legendary Machu Picchu citadel, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. Wander through its temples, plazas, and terraces while your expert guide shares the fascinating history of this ancient Inca city.

We will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco at 7:30 in the morning, you and your guide will take our private transport to the first stop, the Llama farm. Here, you will see the traditional animals of the Incas: llamas, alpacas, vicuña, and guanaco. Your guide will give you background information, show you a potato display and a textile center, showing how the wools are woven and colored. Good quality alpaca wool will be for sale. Then, will drive to the Lookout Point of sacred valley, for beautiful views and photos. After the photos we are going to continue the journey up to the Pisac Inca site for guided tour, situated on top of Pisac Mountain within the Sacred valley. Your tour guide will take you to the most impressive spots. Then, we’ll drive along the Vilcanota sacred valley river for about forty five minutes, till we arrive to Urubamba town, where we’ll stop for lunch (Not Included). You will have an incredible selection of fresh meals, served buffet-style, served buffet-style. After lunch, we will drive to Ollantaytambo, where the second heaviest Inca monoliths are to be found.
The ruins have an incredible Temple of the Sun, Moon, and also the Temple of the ten Niches. This living Inca village displays narrow walkways, lined with water channels. you’ll have time to explore a lot of of the ollantaytambo village and enjoy dinner. Your departing train is at 7 p.m., you will need to head to the train station 30 minutes before and catch your train to Aguas Calientes. The train trip to Aguas Calientes is just under two hours, descending into the Cloud Forest, where you will see orchids, bromeliads and ferns.

Today, you will visit the world-renowned Machu Picchu, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World and the iconic “Lost City of the Inca.”
Together with your guide, you will confirm the best time to begin your visit according to your entrance ticket.
Most travelers prefer to wake up early, around 5:00 a.m., and walk to the bus station to catch one of the first buses up to Machu Picchu. Arriving at the site when it opens at 6:00 a.m. allows you to experience the magical morning atmosphere, often surrounded by mist as the sun rises over the citadel.
After a 25-minute bus ride, your guide will lead you to the best viewpoints before the main crowds arrive. You will then begin a guided walking tour of approximately 2.5 hours, exploring the most important and fascinating sectors of this extraordinary Inca citadel, including the Sun Temple, Royal Sector, Intihuatana (Sun Dial), Main Plaza, Temple of the Three Windows, the Working Sector, and the Temple of the Condor, among others.
After the guided tour, you will have free time to explore Machu Picchu at your own pace. If you have secured permits to climb Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu Mountain, you may continue with that optional adventure.
Following, you will take the bus back down to Aguas Calientes, where you can enjoy lunch at one of the local restaurants.
Please be sure to arrive at the train station at least 30 minutes before departure. The return train to Ollantaytambo takes approximately 2 hours, where our private transportation will be waiting to drive you back to your hotel in Cusco (approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes).
